That is a cool goal. I might like to try that.

My immediate goal is to be able to run a comfortable pace and do it well enough that I want to do it again!

Buy some new shoes! And a lil' Nike shirt! and the matching track jacket! And the sports bra that goes with the color theme! And some running pants to go with! It will make running MUCH better!

i completed week one tonight. i did the 2nd day on a track outdoors and thought i was gonna die (i finished it though!!)...so i think i'm gonna stick with the treadmill for a while. i'm REALLY excited about week 2 and i hate that i have to wait a day in between. how crazy is that?!

i bought new shoes also...asics, and i'm loving them so far. :)
