DJL 235 #1 October 12, 2006 So, I want to play M4A files. Without using Apple software is this possible? I understand that WinAmp doesn't play M4A files but you can add an encoder to convert the files. I figure if I'm going to add software anyway, then I may as well get away from Windows Media and see what else is out there."I encourage all awesome dangerous behavior." - Jeffro Fincher

DJL 235 #4 October 12, 2006 Do I need a Linux platform for that? Any time I see something associated with GNU I find that windows plays stupid and says, "Me no speaka-de-language." Edit: I downloaded VLC. Appears to be working fine. Thank you."I encourage all awesome dangerous behavior." - Jeffro Fincher

DJL 235 #7 October 12, 2006 Cool, that's the site I found also. Took about 1/2 a second to download, didn't try to take over every single file on my computer. I like it."I encourage all awesome dangerous behavior." - Jeffro Fincher
