JohnRich 4 #6 October 13, 2006 QuoteI'd love to see someone try it. Wonder how the stupid idiot in the media would react. Like stupid idiots, of course. A teacher was just suspended yesterday for putting a toy gun in his back pocket, which was used as a prop in a school play. He didn't threaten anyone with it, point it at anyone, or do anything else with it to scare people. But because it was a "gun", he was suspended. The news story didn't explain why the actors who held the gun in the school play weren't also suspended. Or what the play director was supposed to do with the toy gun once the play was over. I suppose that there can now be no more school plays that have anything to do with a gun in the story. Maybe they can point their finger and go "bang!" Guns bring out the idiocy in people's reactions.
Trae 1 #7 October 13, 2006 in reply to"Maybe they can point their finger and go "bang!" ................................ Sounds pretty scary for the kiddies. Seriously though doing the finger-gun thing can get you in trouble. It can be seen as a threat to kill putting a person in fear of their lives causing them to react with lethal force...... or even perhaps pre-empt the finger pointing with lethal force. yep dem finger guns are dangerous AND scary.
