BillyVance 35 #1 October 17, 2006 This was soooo funny... Was watching WWE Raw last night and they had Kevin Federline, who is Britney Spears' husband, also known as K-Fed in rap circles. He got his skinny ass FUed in the ring, it was so funny! like he got nothing better to do! Oh yeah, Steve-O and Party Boy, co-stars of the Jack Ass movies, showed up too. Both are skinny asses too. some wrestler superstar came in and beat the shit out of each one. One of them was laughing at the other so the wrestler beat him some more... silly fucks... BillyVance 35 #3 October 17, 2006 QuoteI really hate to ruin this for ya Billy... but... uh... yeah... that kind of wrestling is fake. punches and kicks are faked (not fully impacted), but wrestlers are trained to brace themselves for body slams and frog splashes off the top rope, much like martial artists are trained to anticipate a full contact punch to the gut... but then you got these wrestlers spilling out of the ring and falling 8 feet to the mat-covered concrete floor. If they land wrong (it happens), they get hurt. These guys take a physical beating, and their average career is less than 10 years. It's faked to some extent yes, but you and I wouldn't want to be in there. BillyVance 35 #11 October 17, 2006 Here it is: http://www.wwe.com/shows/raw/ scroll down the page until you see the box titled "RAW goes Hollywood". Click on the video link "Watch". There's also a couple pages of pictures linked in that box. The Jack asses' episode was hilarious... and painful too! It was 350 lb Umaga smacking their asses around. So many extremely bloody matches... He has been in them all... lost teeth, lost blood, broken bones, torn cartilage, etc... He has fallen 15 feet off the top of steel cages through a table set up on the floor below, been body slammed onto the mat which was strewn with THUMBTACKS, been hit with a baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire, hit with metal chairs, fallen off 10 foot high ladders, you name it. Now that we're talking about him, I can't get the image of him out of my mind sneering sinisterly with thumbtacks stuck in his face after one particularly brutal match... BillyVance 35 #19 October 17, 2006 I remember meeting George "The Animal" Steele, Brad Reinghans (sp), and Paul Roma on a plane I was taking from Memphis to Detroit some 18 years ago. Brad and Paul weren't top wrestling stars, but George was. Anybody remember him? The guy who would only grunt and yell, and rip the padded corner turnbuckles open with his teeth in matches? Who would bite the forehead of anybody in his matches? He was a total nutcase in the ring. But there he was, sitting across from me in the plane, chatting with his fellow wrestlers. Then, because nobody was sitting in front of him, he pushed the seat back in front of him over to a horizontal position so he could stretch his legs out. Even gave the flight attendant a little bit of a lip when she objected. I have also bumped into Arn Anderson and The Iron Sheik in the Atlanta airport in the past. Arn was big and tall, much more so than I thought. The Iron Sheik, well, it was just earlier this year that I saw him. He was just a shadow of his former self, no taller than me, and reduced to using a wheelchair or walker to get around, but he sure gave me a smile when he realized that I knew who he was."Mediocre people don't like high achievers, and high achievers don't like mediocre people." - SIX TIME National Champion coach Nick Saban

BillyVance 35 #22 October 17, 2006 Quote*** I didn't say they didn't get hurt And speak for yourself... I'd like to be in there, I think it'd be fun. Yes, Owen Hart... Bret "the hitman" Hart's brother. He was making his entrance into the ring from the roof rafters via rope. Was supposed to be centered over the middle of the ring, but hit his head on the top corner turnbuckle, snapped his neck. He was dead before he touched the mat. The WWE banned all aerial entrances after that. I remember when the WCW was still battling the WWE for TV supremacy, and the WCW had a show down at Panama City, I think, outdoors near the beach. Sting (not the singer) made an entrance by rappelling down to the ring from a helicopter. Now THAT was way cool. You get in the ring, I double dog dare you... At 5'-6" and 150 lbs, I'm too puny and would get my ass beat to a pulp...
