sartre 0 #28 October 17, 2006 let's just say I certainly learned I could use it a couple of weekends ago when out drinking with my friends. We took the light rail there and back. Only we got on the wrong one three times. And none of the stations have bathroom.s Sometime being a girl is a distinct disadvantage4.

Also, although water works ok to help flush your system fruit juice works better. My husband is a correctional officer and at his unit they use alot of orange juice, grapefruit juice and pomegranate juice to detox an inmate when they OD on their meds or if they somehow get their hands on the wrong meds.Pomegranate juice seems to work best. All are given 8oz every 30mins. If you dont want to go that route, decaf. green tea is great to flush your system and detox too. My advice is to continue drinking lots of fluids.Stay away from caffeine b/c most diet pills already have a buttload in them already or some form of caffeine substitute. Also, and I know you dont want to hear this b/c it defeats the purpose of taking diet pills, but EAT something, preferably something like bread or crackers. It should in theory have the same effect as eating something or makeing sure you have something on your stomach when drinking. The food will help absorb the alcohol/medication faster and get it out of your system.Thats why alot of RXs say "dont take on an empty stomach" or "take with milk or food".It helps the absorption rate.(or so I've been told). Most diet pills can last anywhere from 6-12 hrs. Good luck. "...just an earthbound misfit, I."
 MrFreefall383 0 #40 October 17, 2006 QuoteI certianly hope so!!
