Sometimes people do not want to hear an apology, then they cant be a maryter anymore because the next move is up to them. If all a person has to do is accept an apology, then theyd be expected to move on, some would rather stay in the drama so they have people to insult.

You'd be surprised if I revealed a certain very well respected dz.commer who is incapable of accepting a truly genuine apology. As I see it, it just demonstrates what their true character really is.

The acceptance of an apology does not constitute the character of a person. They may well have good reason for not accepting it.
Apologies are words, without action they are pointless.
Making amends is a far better form of of saying sorry.
Show you are sorry, dont just say it.

I hear you and agree. If you knew the details of the situation I am talking about, I am pretty sure you would agree with what I originally said.

Anyway, my apologies for being so vague here. I'm not going to give out any details. I was just making a point that not everyone is as righteous as they make themselves out to be.

No I wouldnt be shocked. Ive had dealings like this. There all only human. Hell it takes me forever to apologize sometimes. The important thing is accepting that one did wrong, and doing their part to make amends. What happens after that is mute because it takes two people to stop a disagreement but only one to keep it going.
