jumpjunkie2004 0 #1 October 19, 2006 I've recently rediscovered the Beatles. I love their music. Right now, my favorite is "With a Little Help From My Friends." What's yours? If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all : ) In other words, don't tell me you hate the Beatles!Jump, Land, Pack, Repeat... SkydiveStMarys 0 #2 October 19, 2006 There are too many to list. I mean their sound changed over the years. I really like their later work though. Even when they disbanded I like their solo career contributions too. BobbiA miracle is not defined by an event. A miracle is defined by gratitude. wmw999 2,577 #5 October 19, 2006 "Here Comes the Sun" It brightened up a really bad day in high school, and I always think about how my mood lifted on hearing it. What a great Pavlovian response Wendy W.There is nothing more dangerous than breaking a basic safety rule and getting away with it. It removes fear of the consequences and builds false confidence. Programmer 0 #10 October 19, 2006 If you like the early Beatles, a better question might be "What's your favorite Chuck Berry song?". If you listen to Chuck Berry, Fats Domino, Little Richard, etc., then listen to some of the first Beatles songs you get a real sense of deja-vu. Lindercles 0 #11 October 19, 2006 Asking me to pick my favorite Beatles song is like asking any parent to pick their favorite child. It's just not fair. Except there are more Beatles songs! But first to spring to mind are "In My Life" and "Across the Universe." "And Your Bird Can Sing" also has particular sentimental value. BTW, how is it that you're just now getting into the Beatles??? Edit: I forgot "For No One." Oh man, that song gets me.

lawrocket 3 #13 October 19, 2006 Golden Slumbers - I think about it all the time when I see my son and wife sleeping. They don't know that I will often just watch them sleep. The the whole rest of the side B medleys on Abbey Road. Ah, screw it, the entire Abbey Road album. But they had so many great songs... My wife is hotter than your wife. lawrocket 3 #14 October 19, 2006 See, that's the problem. In My Life is such a great song (how does a 25 year-old guy write lyrics like that?) and "Here Comes the Sun" is great (how does gloomy George write a song like that?) It's tough to choose. My wife is hotter than your wife.

I've always loved them, but I haven't been listening to them much in the past 10 years.Jump, Land, Pack, Repeat...
