MrFreefall383 0 #76 October 24, 2006 Just wanted to bump this thread up a little. I stated in my last post that I broke the 3 mile mark again for the first time in months as of Friday. I ran another 3 miles today, and despite the cold and some lingering pain in my right lower leg, I managed to cut a minute and a half off my total time. I'm humping it back into my prior state of conditioning, and I'll keep you folks updated.
