The Weekly RUNNERS REPORT!

Just wanted to bump this thread up a little. I stated in my last post that I broke the 3 mile mark again for the first time in months as of Friday. I ran another 3 miles today, and despite the cold and some lingering pain in my right lower leg, I managed to cut a minute and a half off my total time. I'm humping it back into my prior state of conditioning, and I'll keep you folks updated. Also, if you have any other workout related questions, feel free to respond in this thread or send me a PM.
