NWFlyer 2 #1 October 26, 2006 A new excuse for ending up in your tent-mate's sleeping bag?"There is only one basic human right, the right to do as you damn well please. sundevil777 102 #4 October 26, 2006 A lot of money should be spent to research and understand this important issue. Especially if it might be possible to intentionally cause the condition. People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. I’m certainly not, and I’m sick and tired of being told that I am

PLFXpert 0 #7 October 26, 2006 I swear I remember reading an article...a woman who was divorcing her husband who lived downstairs and they had two very different accounts of their sex life. Come to find out, she'd been going down there while she was really sleeping and having sex with him; apparently the sex was better than anything she'd had lucid. EDIT: Google didn't turn up the article I remember, but I asked Billy and he remembers the story I heard---he thinks we saw it on the local news.Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back. Samurai136 0 #15 October 27, 2006 * Ahem* QuoteSleep sex or sexsomnia is a form of REM behavioural disorder (a parasomnia) that causes people to commit sexual acts while they are asleep. The condition was defined by three researchers from the University of Toronto and the University of Ottawa in a paper called "Sexsomnia — A New Parasomnia?" published in the Canadian Journal of Psychiatry in June 2003. These acts may be injurious to themselves or others, as in the case of a man who not only bruised himself with sleeping masturbation, but broke two fingers trying to escape restraints in which he had placed himself to control the behavior. SkyDekker 1,465 #17 October 27, 2006 Certainly wasn't saying I agreed with it in that case. Just showing that it has been used as a defence already.
