pill or natural supplement that would make food taste bad?

Brush your teeth and half of things taste bad - usually the healthy stuff, though.

If you dont' have to be hungry to eat, then eat small amounts of food throughout the day. This is actually healthier for you. A good thing to do is also drink large amounts of water - which is more nice if flavored with some lemon.

My wife is hotter than your wife.

I have been trying to drop a few pounds and have gone on a high calorie burn cardio plan with a low calorie intake. Translated to do eliptical (cardio) for an hour and eat way less...

To help in my food decisions I am looking at a calorie list. It is prett interesting tosee what food actually have in them. there are a ton of them online to use and once you look through it you can quickly start to see where some easy calorie cuts can come from your foods. I have been looking at www.ntwrks.com/~mikev/chart1.html as it is just a list of 1000 foods.

Good luck!

Make it unavailable. Im in the process of dropping 30lbs to start jumping again; 6 down many to go. Anyway, I dont know your situation but not having food where it can be easily eaten is helpful. Take a sack lunch to work with carrots/apples and do not go to the vending machine; before you start getting hungry drink some water...then some more. Also, a complete restock of the fridge/pantry can help too. When my wife and I started doing this diet our grocery bill jumped up about $100/mo, but we no longer eat out 2,3 sometimes 4 days a week which is well over $100/mo. Most of all its a lifestyle change; its not supposed to be a "fight" to eat the right things, trick your body, punish yourself etc... It should be a gradual change or your going to hate it and jump back into the mindset and eating habits that got you there in the first place.

G'luck and see ya up there soon.

Granted this is for a rather large weight loss but can help prevent weight gain too.
