Its fairly simple and easy to deploy and adjust to your liking... And its free ... edit to add http://www.dotnetnuke.com/ It is an Open Source Frame Work project and has several offerings such as forums, galleries, guestbook etc. You will need a Database backend which most hosting companies such as GoDaddy will provide as part of the hosting package.
