Another Premiere question

Here's another question since yo all help me through this shit all the time

I am trying to make rolling credits that will scroll over the video. I know how to make the credits with the title thinger, The video is in video line 2 now if I put the cresits in Video one it plays the video when it gets to where I put the credits in and if I put the credits in Video three it plays the credits with a black background.
I have tried putting both of them in in video one and it still doesn't work.

I am assuming that there is some kind of background selection somewhree, but the hid the fucker pretty well since I can't find it. I have tried the premiere directions and it is not right.

Put an over exposed (Black) picture and exzpand it to the credit length and show picture as background behind it and reduce the opaqeness.

I'm not usually into the whole 3-way thing, but you got me a little excited with that. - Skymama

What version are you running?
