PLFXpert 0 #1 November 8, 2006 I was trying to find a link to a story when I found this and for whatever reason thought it was both ridiculous & insanely hilarious. Edit: P.S. I'm still searching...there was a book written about Sex in Space and some university with a NASA program banned it, I heard. Now THAT'S ridiculous. (Yes, I know why they supposedly banned it.)Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

PLFXpert 0 #3 November 8, 2006 It's pub night. Haven't you figured me out yet? The mind is dirty. Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. Now I can let it free w/out worrying about spell check, trying to be smart and all that.Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

tbrown 26 #9 November 9, 2006 That's funny because several years ago NASA actually sent a married couple up on a Shuttle mission together. But they were so terrified the couple might want to love each other in zero-g that they scheduled their workload ina way to make anything so un-American as "sex" impossible. The crew mutinied and called a meeting in orbit. The command pilot did what he could to re-shuffle schedules and the best he could do was give the couple half an hour together, telling the couple to go below decks and "make history". Which they did. Your humble servant.....Professor Gravity !

In orbit, it's no gravity, not "no friction." I think zero-G sex would go just fine, no extra equipment required. Just hang on tight. I guess the school felt the book was implying the astronauts were being reckless by considering and/or actually having sex in space... What a bunch-o-bologna. Why are people so scared of facts? And why do they take them personally? There is no consensus on safe sex, no sex, sex before or after marriage, sex during pregnancy or abortion. Why take offense? For as many as would judge you, as many will support you so....is it really necessary to ban the literature all together??? I hope I didn't just throw "Space Sex" into SC.Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back. Maybe no traction, but if you put 2 object in contact, there will be friction between them.Remster
 downwardspiral 0 #16 November 9, 2006 Quote>Ok you are going to have to elaborate on that.
