Firstly contact Ankie at Wings for the easy answer.

But to help out each Wings that is built can be modified by your friendly local rigger.

Basicaly where the bottom flap and the side flaps of the main tray meet he will need to unpick the stitching until the last inch or so. For the last inch he will make a bar-tack for reinforcing and that is the whole process. There is no other work required than that.

If that is not clear enough let me know and I will post some photo's for you.

What's wrong with them?

I would not consider a Katana WL 1.6+ a right choice of canopy for wingsuit flights.

I have over 1500 on a Nitron 98 loaded at 1.96 with only 1 cutaway, and another 600 on a 108.
If it's the canopy he regularly jumps and knows the limitations the wingsuit puts on you after deployment, there is nothing wrong with them, but thats his choice. Jumping a canopy your comfortable with and knowing exactly what the canopy does during deployment is essential, and that you are going to need to take care of a few things after you throw the pilot chute before you can reach up the the steering toggles. Everyone should know what they are flying 100% before adding the complications of a wingsuit, and it's also good to get some good wingsuit instuction before jumping one.

If he is looking for WS modification I suspect he is going to start jumping with WS. I have jumped a Cobalt at similar load, but not for the first time. It opened perfectly, but the thing you don't have under a quite loaded steep diving canopy is the time.

I would not jump WS with a canopy loaded over 1.4 and not opening strait 99% of the time.

If we believe the profile is correct, I highly doubt that at 600 jumps the original poster knows perfectly his Katana loaded at 1.65... It can work. But it's not the smartest choice.

Hi! For first jumps with wingsuit i will use Safire2 119.

Katana -MAY BE later;)! On Katana 107 i have 220 jumps, but for wingsuit - will consider something bigger/dosile.

A Safire2 119 isn't much bigger or dosile. If your not farmiliar with how it opens, it would be good to make some jumps on it before jumping it with a wingsuit. :)
