lawrocket 3 #39 November 14, 2006 Get a bag of ice and put it on top of the wax. Leave it for a few minutes so that it get nice and cold. Use a butterknife to scrape it off. Then there's more. get some paper towels and warm up a frying pan to about 150. set the paper towels on the wax and the pan on top to melt it, which will soak up more wax. Keep doing it until you've gotten what you can. If there's more that's an issue, just use a light amount of some mineral spirits to rub it out. My wife is hotter than your wife.
