This year I am going to a skydiver thanksgiving and am bringing butternut squash pie (I like it better than pumpkin pie), home-made rolls, a cheesecake that my beau is making, and a thanksgiving salad with pomegranate, persimmons, pecan and endive. Yuuuuuummmmyyy! I already had a warm-up thanksgiving when my big brother was in town. We hadn't had thanksgiving together in so long, so we had a thanksgiving-ish meal with roasted pork-tenderloin, cornbread stuffing with apples, fennel and sausage, the persimmon salad, and butternut squash pie. It was really cool.****If anyone wants the recipes for these dishes, shoot me a PM.. I'll be glad to send them to you. They will not dissapoint!
