swedishcelt 0 #29 November 16, 2006 Well, if you like needles so much... yesterday afternoon the doctor stuck a needle under the nails of five of my toes. She's going to do it tomorrow too, want to take my place?? I'll let you, no problem. I didn't enjoy it a bit.

kelel01 1 #33 November 16, 2006 Well, what'd you get? The Hep vaccine is pretty thin and non-burning. I just got to feel the little prick, which I like. Although big pricks are better.
livendive 8 #34 November 16, 2006 Mine was just a flu vaccine, and the only prick involved was me. Blues, Dave"I AM A PROFESSIONAL EXTREME ATHLETE!" (drink Mountain Dew)
bob.dino 1 #35 November 16, 2006 Thailand is pretty cool. Make sure you head up to Chiang Mai - a good place to go trekking in the highlands or to learn to cook Thai food properly. Scuba diving in the islands is pretty cool too. Bringing a rig? I don't think there's a huge amount of jumping in SE Asia, though there is a tunnel in Genting, in the Malaysian highlands. If you pass through Sydney, come say hi.
gonzalesna 1 #36 November 16, 2006 QuoteIn my book - VERY wrong! Needles are EVIL!!!!! Have fun... g Oddly enough, I love getting tattoos, but I'm terrified of needles... so not all needles are bad, just the ones that don't look like funny shaped pens that hurt and leave you branded for life. Some people refrain from beating a dead horse. Personally, I find a myriad of entertainment value when beating it until it becomes a horse-smoothie.
Jessie07 0 #37 November 17, 2006 I feel your pain. Yesterday I had Hep A, the flu shot, Tdap and typhoid fever vaccines. 2 in each arm. I feel like crap right now. I have felt all day! jdthomas 0 #39 November 17, 2006 I got stuck with a needle this week and then many more times after that. one of the crew left a dirty needle in the jump bag and when I reached in to get some supplies out I got stuck with the dirty needle. now my life is somewhat on hold as I await test results from the lab... I am not happy with co workers right now thats for sure. If you work with shaprs. make sure you place them in the container! I've gotten stitches twice now without novicane (spelling?) because I'd rather feel the pain of the fishook lookin' thing than get the needle to numb it.Some people refrain from beating a dead horse.
