good beginner rig?

can anyone tell me a good used rig to buy and where to buy it? new to the sport, only 11 jumps, freefly dicipline, my height is 5'7 -190lbs. also whats a good rule of thumb in determining canopy sizes? also what are good beginner canopies?

Every one of those questions have been answered 100 times on these forums. Try searching a bit. When you find a thread you have questions about, maybe add a post to that thread bringing it back alive again...

Don't believe anything/everything you read. Some people on these forums (myself included), are idiots. You might want to find a mentor you trust to discuss these things with.

Buy a used Talon FS, a Pilot 210 and a PD218R reserve. Get a cypres too. Buy it from Square One. Easy!

i bought a pilot 210 fairly after 25 jumps. Very nice canopy, very friendly, VERY nice openings amazingly soft. Tho the first time it scared me somewhat, because it took longer than the student canopies i was used to. Can be (as any other zp i suppose) a challenge to pack in the beginning.

For a rig I got the Icon sport, solid rig and freefly safe (dont forget to have a bungee added between the leg straps) although FF is a bit early perhaps.
