Bad News - I didn't get the house. The realtor said that I'm a better tenant - my credit score is excellent. However, the other renter had some sort of HOC assistance - the government guarantees payment of 75% of her rent. So, she gets to live in the house for $337.50 and the good wonderful american government will pay the rest of her rent - $1,012.50. I on the other hand will have to find another place to live. Grrrrrrrr.... Good News - The interview went well and I'll know on Monday if I get the job : ) I guess I wasn't supposed to live that close to my existing house.
