Rugby and American Football are both contact sports, but the tackling techniques and strategies are different. You tend to break more bones and tear more knees in American Football and Rugby you tend to get bruised, draw blood and get scraped up more. NFL HITS if the correct way to discribe it, most of them are not tackles, they're just shoulder slamms, they do those in rugby (both league and union) but when they occour the players are genrally taken from the feild by strtecher, Tackling is a whole different thingYou are not now, nor will you ever be, good enough to not die in this sport (Sparky) My Life ROCKS!
