Para_Frog 1 #1 February 23, 2007 Ordered main slinks, was sent reserve/tandem slinks in error and don't feel like waiting to get the right ones. My rigger says they're fine to use and will even last longer. Anyone else jump this configuration? Comments? skybeergodd 0 #2 February 23, 2007 I've had several customers order the reserve slinks by mistake and have not had any problems with them after they were installed. Precision canopies do have a smaller loop at the end each line than PD canopies do so if you have a precision canopy they may be too tight of a fit. Not a problem at all to use SR-1 slinks on your main. The only problem would be the other way around - you wouldn't want to use SM-1 slinks on your reserve as the SR-1 are the ones approved for reserve use.
