moodyskydiver 0 #9 November 27, 2006 There are alot of symphonic covers out there of Andrew Lloyd Webber's stuff, including Phantom. But more than likely they will be a compilation of his stuff and not all the songs from each production, just the main songs highlighted from each.Any major music store would probably have it in their soundtrack section.I'm sure there are places on the web that have it too as long as you know what search string to use to find it.Hell I found a kinda goth rock version of Phantom on the web.I was skeptical but it actually sounds pretty interesting. I know for sure theres one out there called Symphonic Lloyd Webber done by the Royal Philharmoinc Ochestra that is a compilation of Phantom,Cats,Evita and Aspects of Love. Just google "Phantom of the Opera symphonic" or any varient thereof and you'll get a fair number of hits. Happy hunting. "...just an earthbound misfit, I." LisaM 0 #12 November 27, 2006 I can't buy just one track? ~ Lisa ~ Do you Rigminder?
Nightingale 0 #13 November 27, 2006 No, I don't think so. You have to get the CD. I don't know of anywhere that sells individual tracks. Probably the only individual track you could get would be an orchestral version off of iTunes or something... however, that would be an orchestral arrangement and include the melody. Karaoke arrangements don't include the melody, because the singer provides it. Singing to an orchestral arrangement can sound a little odd, because you end up with double melody. The singer can't do anything differently than the melody already in the arrangement, so you're pretty limited.l

livendive 8 #17 November 29, 2006 QuotePopejoy located on the University of New Mexico campus. It was their last performance. If I ever found myself playing there, it'd be my last performance too! I didn't see the actual opera until 1999 or so, at the 5th Ave in Seattle, at which point I'd had the lyrics memorized for over a decade. Blues, Dave"I AM A PROFESSIONAL EXTREME ATHLETE!"
