Michele 1 #27 November 19, 2006 Quoteyou will be sooner than you thought...being in your 50's and all Yeah, no kidding. I wonder where that decade went? I do hope it was spent in debauchery and "interesting" behavior. Dunno, though...since it's disappeared and all. Muenkel 0 #28 November 19, 2006 It was a 10 year black out and I took advantage of you the whole time. Don't worry, I was gentle. You did give birth to a baby that I sold to Madonna. Got a good chunk of change for it. I didn't catch it on video so you won't be able to prove it ever happened. In other words...don't expect any money. tigra 0 #29 November 19, 2006 Debauchery and other interesting behavior often leads to lost hours, days, years or even decades! I'm SURE you had a really good time, though!
Michele 1 #30 November 19, 2006 QuoteYou did give birth to a baby that I sold to Madonna I'm black, too? And I live in Africa? Man, the things you learn on this website!!! At least you were gentle. And yes, Tigra, apparently I've been laboring under some serious illusions since I was born. Michele 1 #31 November 23, 2006 So, I'm not dead. But apparently I am pretty sick. Mycoplasma pneumonia, or "walking pneumonia" is weird. Just got the confirmation about 45 minutes ago. Zithromax meds, some codeine cough supressant, inhalors and as much liquid and bed rest as possible, for at least the next 2 weeks. However, I can't do two weeks in bed (school exams, finals to prep, et cetera), so...I'll be walking around with it for a while. Nope, not officially dead, but pretty punky, to be sure. Just thought I'd update you (for those who care. For those who don't, meh, it's all good.) Happy Thanksgiving! Michele 1 #33 November 23, 2006 Karen, it is doing it's level best to kick mine. You shoulda seen me during the anatomy exam; cats dissected, displayed, all of us leaning over them, trying to remember if it's spinalis dorsalis or dorsi, and there I am, bent over, coughing up a lung. Trying to not make too much noise. Trying to think about things with all that going on. That was a rough, rough test...to the point where the professor said to me I could leave the room and come back in to finish, if I needed it (and you know that's unheard of). Yeah, me's a pretty sick lady. I'll be fine, but it's gonna be a little bit before I can say I'm fine. In the mean time, I have to keep on the schedule...finals start December 5. No choice...gotta keep moving on, you know? Oh well. I can rest for the next few days, at least. kbordson 8 #34 November 23, 2006 If I could send you some energy, I would!!!! But... since I'm either primary call or back up for six days consecutive this week... AND since you get to sleep for the next five days... how about I send you some next week? If you contact your local senior center, I'm sure a volunteer would come by to check on you at regular intervals. You should also have one of those medic alert buttons should you fall and not be able to get up. Be sure to have your allergy bracelet on also. Well you get the point...and in a big way I might add. Not as good as I wanted, not as good as I had prepared for, but definitely not bad at all for as sick as I was. I missed an A by one question. Can't say I'm upset with that. I can't say I'm disappointed at all. Had I been well and able to concentrate and remember what I had studied, I'd've made close to 100%. I read the questions I missed; with the exception of 1, I was one muscle over each time. So I'm not displeased at all. And I would've been all right with a C, too. I was terribly sick...I am happy I remembered to put my name on the paper, you know? That I was even there and taking the test was simply a test of will....so I'm not displeased at all.
