He can't fly unless he's with his brother, he only did the painting thing when he was near the other guy, and regenerated because he was near the cheerleader. I actually thought the episode DID answer a lot of questions- but maybe that's because I wasn't paying enough attention in the earlier episodes. Hey, if Sylar somehow gets his powers from the brains of the "heroes" he kills, do you think he got Charlie's blood clot, too? THAT would be interesting!
