kelel01 1 #1 November 29, 2006 Anyone else watch this last night? It's a new show on TBS. I only ended up watching it because I was avoiding studying - which is when I'll do ANYTHING to pass time: clean my room, clean my car, delete old computer files, cook a week's worth of food, etc. Anyway, I thought it was pretty good. It seemed a lot like real life. I was all a twitter over her new-dating trials, because they were SO ME.
yardhippie 0 #2 November 29, 2006 hmmm... so instead of loosing at trivia with us to avoid studying, you stayed at HOME and watched TV SITCOMS? meh, Kelly. Very meh! And here I stayed sober for the WHOLE thing. selbbub78 0 #3 November 29, 2006 sadly yes, i saw this last night as well. I was procrastinating as well. But it really wasn't too bad of a show. It really is like real life. kelel01 1 #4 November 29, 2006 I had to at least be where I thought studying MIGHT happen. That's called "taking responsibility".
jumpnjivin 0 #5 November 29, 2006 Yeah whenever I have to study some hard shit in Calc all of a sudden it is very important that I do dishes, clean, eat, walk the dog etc... ok I'll just watch one show then I'm gonna get my ass to studying
Lindercles 0 #7 November 29, 2006 My god woman, get out of my head. I watched it, and I really, really wanted to hate it, but I just couldn't.
chaoskitty 0 #8 November 29, 2006 I liked it too! I'm not quite as much of a tomboy as she is, but enough to relate. Guys like the girly girls. Imagine that?
kelel01 1 #9 November 29, 2006 That's exactly how I felt, which is why I felt compelled to post about it. Maybe YOU'RE in my head. I mean, we have similar avatars . . . and you are my big, brown bear.
Lindercles 0 #10 November 29, 2006 QuoteGuys like the girly girls. Imagine that? Not all of us! In that bedroom scene where was freaking the dude out I kept saying to myself, "what the fuck is wrong with you dude! She's perfect!"

Theres a big difference between not being completely absorbed in gossip, clothes, and make up... and being gay.

PLFXpert 0 #19 November 29, 2006 QuoteGirly girls...Theres a big difference between not being completely absorbed in gossip, clothes, and make up Yowza--maybe we should start a thread on what "girly" means to everyone. I'd definitely consider myself girly--except not by your definition. I do like a great pair of jeans and awesome shoes, though. But seriously, I'd much rather go to a hockey game, too--I'll just be sure to do so wearing my awesome jeans.Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back. chaoskitty 0 #20 November 29, 2006 I was referring more to the character in the show, and stating how I can relate though I am more girly than her character.
PLFXpert 0 #21 November 29, 2006 Oooooohhh. I haven't seen the show. In fact, I haven't even heard of it other than an ad in an US Weekly I bought the other day.Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.
