RkyMtnHigh 0 #1 December 1, 2006 Back in Colorado, I really enjoyed exploring RAW Cuisine. My favorite cookbook by Juliano is RAW, The UNCook Book, new vegetarian food for life. I just came acrossed this Uncook Book again today and think I'll try it again. I have a lot of sticky notes on my favorite recipes such as Portobello Sandwich, Macho Nachos, Pasta Marinara, Cilantro Pesto, and Portobello, Mango/Papaya Nigiri. If anyone is into RAW Cuisine, please share your experiences with this type of eating as well as your favorite recipe. _________________________________________

Slappie 9 #5 December 1, 2006 Since when did WWE RAW have a cooking show? Hell 95% of the wrestlers can't read or write english. How the hell they going to come out with a cookbook? Blues, Dave I saw a newspaper article when I was in Seattle last about a restaurant named RAW and there was an asian girl laying in the middle of the table naked with sushi all over her. The customers ate the sushi off of her as if it was just a porcelain platter _________________________________________

Hopefully the same service though. Blues, Dave"I AM A PROFESSIONAL EXTREME ATHLETE!" (drink Mountain Dew)

(Serious quesiton, not just being a smart ass) With RAW cuisine, cheese isn't really cheese..it's comprised of flax seeds, corn kernels, cilantro, habanero chili, ginger, garlic, chutney, orange juice, and olive oil...spooned onto a dehydrater until it becomes like corn chips. Also, nothing is heated up or melted..but oh so delicious! _________________________________________

narcimund 0 #14 December 1, 2006 I've done some cooking for raw foodies. It's a fun and creative challenge. My favorite entree was a raw recreation of spaghetti -- cut from zucchinis. The sauce was yummy: mashed tomatoes, garlic, other veggies, and olive oil then thickened with ground almonds. First Class Citizen Twice Over
