okalb 104 #1 December 2, 2006 Hi all, Due to weather conditions I am stuck in Maine for the weekend. I was working on one of my servers that is hosted in a public data center in Tampa last night and it died. This is a production server that has to be back up by Sunday night. I am looking for someone to go to the data center this weekend and work with me on getting the server back up and running. I will gladly pay a fair rate. I am desperate at this point. Anyone with 2003 server experience in the area that can help please email me at okalb@yahoo.com with a number that I can call you at. Thanks -OKTime flies like an arrow....fruit flies like a banana
eeneR 3 #2 December 2, 2006 Oh shit, that data center doesnt have any local onsite remote hands??? That blows...I would recommend hosting elsewhere... I wish I could help....that is exactly what I do..Im sure there are some geeks somewhere in the Tampa area..She is not a "Dumb Blonde" - She is a "Light-Haired Detour Off The Information Superhighway." eeneR TF#72, FB#4130, Incauto
okalb 104 #3 December 2, 2006 They have limited onsite support. They worked with me last night, but I really need someone who can do more than just power cycle the boxes. They are actually trying to find me someone that I can ire to work with me on the problem as well, but I figured it couldn't hurt to post here. -OKTime flies like an arrow....fruit flies like a banana
