Hippie has a new ride!

Well the whole insurance thing aint over yet, but with it drawing to a close, and them taking my rental away, I decided to go get a new ride.
Ive been shopping for weeks. I was even gonna get another Vibe. I tossed around so many ideas I was tired of looking, then I found my new ride. Not a hard to come by car unless its in the configuration I bought it.
I ended up with a 2004 Subaru Forrester XT with a 5 speed tranny. OMG will this thing go! Reminds me much of my old DSM Galant VR4.
Yea so its a little boxy, but its all wheel drive and I can pack loads of gear into it! In fact its a bit longer than my old vibe so it should sleep a bit better too!

My thanks to all those who have offered their help and support over the past few weeks. Its great to have friends like you!

I does have the premium sound system w/ a built in subwoofer and 6 disc changer.
Not to mention the it's all wheel drive and puts out over 220 hp!

of course, it really is the ugliest subaru that is made.

but subarus are sweet. I have had my 97 outback for the last 7 years.

it has gotten me 140,000 miles of its 202000 miles.

it has gotten me to moab and back 19 times from boulder, 6 of wich carrying full FRASCA rope jumping system.
