Getting back to the original and intended tone of this thread, apart from the angst ridden folks looking for a fight and ignoring the fact that you're ALLOWED time to go work out on your shift, good for you! there's nothing like noticing all your hard work and perseverance is paying off. I love it when I can see that my usual workout routine needs adjusting to make it more challenging. :)
