Then he comes in and sits down in my cube and asks what he can do to help us be more productive. I told him to stop bugging us. He hasn't stopped. We even locked our door, he uses his key. Then makes comments about how it's great we locked the door to keep people out to get our work done. I told him it didn't seem to be working. I don't even get to explain I'm in the middle of something and I'd be glad to look at her shipment when I have some time. The end of the month is a bitch EVERY MONTH! She always comes up with about 18+ shipments that have to go out before the end of the month. 3 days before the end. Seriously, I won't see or talk to her for 2 sometimes 3 weeks then BAM I've got 18 shipments of hers on my desk all screaming to go out before the end of the month. Crunch time.. I can understand crunch and getting stuff out at the last minute. But this is insane... hold the orders on your desk sometimes for 2 or 3 months, then decide since the customers buyers are bitching you'll cram them down my throat to shut them up. To wait till the end of the month to do any work isn't my problem. Yet I get this little reminder that her boss is my bosses boss's drinking buddy and old neighbor. So I bend over backwards, jump through some flaming hoops to get her stuff taken care of. I'm not the only person on the plant who can't stand her. Her name has actually been turned into another version of fuck`tard. **News** My immediate supervisor and I spoke yesterday afternoon about my impending ulcer and nervous breakdown due to this co-worker. We're going to schedule a meeting first of next month to actually call her out on her work habits and practises with her boss and his bosses boss in the room. We've done it before and it helps put her in her place for at least a quarter then she's back to her usual "gotta go NOW NOW NOW" shit. There is also a request in our departments budget for another person. That newb will get the devil woman as her customer! IF Mgmt approves everything in the budget. Then I'll get a small promotion BACK to field projects and letters of credit.
