Reduced Fat Triscuits. Really yummy with cream cheese.

The regular ones taste really greasy to me now.

I also like the South Beach whole wheat crackers in the 100 calorie pack. I love those little packs, you can have your snack without absentmindedly eating too much.

No I actually leave the box at home and stuff a ziploc baggy full. I also normally only eat about 7 or 8. But, while posting and ready I've noticed I ate HALF the baggy full.

Doctor put me on some cholesterol lowering drug too. Said my triglycerides are to high. Damn it sucks getting old...
