brettski74 0 #1 December 9, 2006 If so, be very afraid. Apparently it takes a special kind of stupid to work in their call centres... I can't count the number of times I wanted to slap the service rep for being dumb!

Icon134 0 #3 December 9, 2006 I've never had problems with the service reps at Verizon... and the guy in question was doing what he did specifically to make the reps look dumb. it makes it easier for him to remain calm... of course it doesn't make the reps any smarter in this case...Livin' on the Edge... sleeping with my rigger's wife... siddacious 0 #4 December 9, 2006 I've been using Verizon for years, and one of the reasons I'm still with them more than a year after my contract. This guy is REALLY bad at explaining he means. I bet anyone that I could have resolved this call in a matter of 5 minutes or less. He goes on about "teaching basic math" when he can't clearly explain basic fractions or decimals, he keeps going back and forth between the terms he's using and re-booting the explaination that he is trying to give. Parroting back the same thing you've said 100 times isn't likely to help someone understand on the 101st. Given, the math involved isn't rocket science, but as such it should have been easy for the caller to explain. Don't ever let this guy near a student of any manner.A dolor netus non dui aliquet, sagittis felis sodales, dolor sociis mauris, vel eu libero cras. Interdum at. Eget habitasse elementum est.
