You would know it if you did. You would hear it...or open your hood....you should see something like this connected to your exhaust header.

I'll have to check that out. I don't remember seeing anything like that, but I don't really do much to my car other than change the oil/trans. fluid/etc. :D

The reason I say I think it might have one is the way it sounds like you said and it gets a pretty nice quick take off. One of the reasons I like the car so much.

you would really be able to tell if its turbo'd. You would hear it spooling at around 2500 rpm's(depending on tuning). You wont hear.feel it right away becasue a turbo works off of your exhaust. the exhaust spins the turbo with forces air into the motor(hence the term "forced air induction"). That being said...the turbo need time to spool as the exhaust builds up....that being the reason why you wouldnt feel it till around 2k rpm's...when the motor starts spitting out more exhaust. More exhaust=fast turbo spool ups. Supercharging is completely different...Still FAI but done differently.
