jjohl 0 #1 August 7, 2009 I just started skydiving and failed my level b aff jump because of my leg awarness I either keep my legs bent up too much or too straight and I start to go back and forth between the two. Is there any way to increase my leg awarness?
Andy9o8 2 #2 August 8, 2009 Your own instructor is probably a far better source of advice than strangers on the internet. Having said that, some instructors teach "toe taps" - quickly tapping your feet together to help your awareness of your leg position, and to even out the posture of both legs. However, your instructor might prefer that you use a different method to address your issues. So, especially as a new student, don't do what someone on the internet says, ask this question to your instructor, and do what she says.
erdnarob 1 #3 August 10, 2009 The leg position awareness in space in a common problem with beginners. I suggest you to bend and relax your toes alternatively and your fingers as well. That gives you the location in 3 D where exactely are your feet and arms. When you monitor your feet and arms location you can change the position according what is needed.Learn from others mistakes, you will never live long enough to make them all.
