DSE 5 #2 December 21, 2006 Mac or PC? I'll wager PC since it's an AVI format to start... Windows Media Encoder, is free, does a great job. Any video editing system can encode the file to a wmv format as well, and that's likely what you'll want. 512kpbs for high quality, 100kpbs for low quality, 256kpbs for in-between.
