So I was minding my own business at work today when a co-worker came in. He had seen the "Ipecac Challenge" video and jokingly said, "Hey, let's do some Ipecac!".

As fate would have it, I happened to have some!

One thing led to another, and we each drank half the bottle.

Forty minutes later, I went into the bathroom and started barfing. It made me laugh until I hurt, which made me barf again. Of course that made me laugh even harder, so I barfed some more!!!!

A few minutes later my co-worker came in and puked his guts out, which made me laugh hysterically!

For decades it was used to induce vomiting in people (primarily kids) who had swallowed toxic stuff. It's not used much anymore, but pretty much its only use is in making people throw up.

Syrup of ipecac is an emetic—a substance used to induce vomiting. It is used in cases of accidental poisoning, and is perhaps the best-known emetic. Abuse
