RkyMtnHigh 0 #1 December 12, 2006 I LOVE Cirque du Soleil!!! I've seen most of all of their shows worldwide: Mystére, Saltimbanco, Zumanity, O, La Numba, Quidame, Alegria, etc.. I noticed that Corteo is here in ATL and the Beatles LOVE is on Tour as well. I can't wait to see them both! Has anyone seen either of the new shows? If so, what's your review? _________________________________________
Jewels 0 #2 December 12, 2006 I just bought tickets for Corteo and it doesn't even get to Denver until this summer. You'll have to let me know if it's worth the small fortune I just spent. TPM Sister #

Shawndiver 0 #4 December 12, 2006 I saw Corteo here in San Francisco when they came through last December. I see them every time they come to town, and am looking forward to catching their Las Vegas shows. It is outstanding! You will love it!_________________
Twoply 0 #5 December 12, 2006 I've never been to a showing live but I've always wanted to. Last year I went to buy tickets and I almost fell over from the price. It's amazing I'm sure but I couldn't justify it on our budget then.
hisgoofyness 0 #6 December 12, 2006 Did you actually like Zumanity? Jen and I saw it while out in Vegas when we went to get married. I for one was not impressed. It was billed as "The Other Side of Cirque"; but it was very mild and somewhat bland I thought... Maybe I am a little freakier than most... Now the first time I saw "O", I was like WOW! I do like Cirque productions, but Zumanity just didn't live up to the hype. Goudha is for Buddha, and that's good enough for me!

Rudderow 2 #9 December 12, 2006 I saw Zumanity the first weekend it opened up and thought it was great! I probably would have enjoyed it more if I didn't go with my DAD though!!! I had originally bought the tickets for me and the current guy. When that fell through, I knew my dad wouldn't pass up a trip to Vegas and a Cirque show. He wasn't impressed though. moodyskydiver 0 #10 December 12, 2006 Ok I'm officially jealous of all you who've gotten to see CdS!I've wanted to see one of their shows for YEARS and have never gotten a chance. They were here with the Delerium show in Houston last year but we didnt have the $. I've wanted to see Zumanity for a while and now that they're doing the Beatles thing I REALLY want to go (love the Beatles). The closest thing I've gotten to a show is Varekai and Journey of Man on DVD. I went to their homepage:Cirque du Soleil and it listed LOVE as a "resident" show featured only at the Mirage in Las Vegas...not touring. The only touring shows are Quidam,Corteo,Alegria,Dralion, and Varekai. The "resident" shows are: LOVE at the Mirage in Las Vegas,NV.Mystere,at Treasure Island in Las Vegas,NV.O at the Bellagio in Las Vegas,NV.Ka at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas,NV.Nouba at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando,FL.And Zumanity at the New York-New York hotel/casino in Las Vegas,NV. Where did you find the info that LOVE was touring? If you could send me the link I'd appreciate it.I would sooo be willing to sell my husband to go see that show! While you're on the CdS website, join the "Cirque Club" they'll send you cool info on new shows and chances to get tix before they go on sale and merchandise offers and all kinds of added perks.Dont forget to check out the boutique either..tons of great gifts:books,CDs,DVDs,clothing you name it!Very cool! Jewels 0 #15 December 15, 2006 If anyone in Atlanta is interested in Corteo, I just got an email saying that they have added nine additional performances from January 24 to January 28. Apparently, there are also some discounted tickets for a few performances. Tickets go on sale to the general public on 12/17. If you want more info., send me a PM and I can forward the email I just received.TPM Sister #
