Royd 0 #1 December 27, 2006 Invariably, my dog, who lives outside, knows within 30 seconds that I have decided it is time to go for a run. He goofs off in the yard all day and never attempts to come in the house. As soon as I decide to run, he's at the front door, whining. He's ready to go. I do not have a set schedule, so that theory's off the table.

ToyMaker 0 #4 December 28, 2006 I think that your dog has some sort of mental control over you. Its not you deciding to go to run but your dog thats COMMANDING you to do so. Soooo... without knowing, and no matter what you are doing, you feel the sudden need to run. And at the door... he is not really whining.. he is laughing his ass off _______________________________________ White cute poodle puppy found. Approximately six months of age. quade 4 #7 December 28, 2006 Quote I do not have a set schedule, so that theory's off the table. Do you have any idea how accute a dog's hearing is? He can hear your running shoes as you walk to the door. He has associated that sound with you running. He also knows the sound of your car. Not just cars -like- your car, but your actual, individual car.quade - The World's Most Boring Skydiver
