Vietnamese food & hot sake

I've a new addiction. Hot sake. I've never had it hot plus mixed with Viet` cuisine. For the Houston peeps interested in where I was here is a link to Mai's restaurant on Milam.

I swear I couldn't eat it all. WAY to much food. I was with a group of 5 others. We all left stuffed and unable to move.

Hot sake also goes well with fresh sushi (not that crap at chinese buffets).

You should also try Sapparo or Asahi beer.

Hot Sake is the best! both with sushi and at the Japense steak houses (there you can leave the carafe on the hibachi and keep it hot!).
