Zep 0 #1 December 31, 2006 I'm trying to extract a couple of rar (iso) files but each time that they uncompress all I can open is the txt file that says, "This disc contains a "UDF" file system and requires an operating system that supports the ISO-13346 "UDF" file system specification." Any ideas whats wrong or what I need to open these files. Gone fishing
ToyMaker 0 #2 December 31, 2006 Ok... this is the part where I can guess that you are trying to open a Windows Vista ISO file! Ok.. this only happens because WinRar will associate to the .iso extension, BUT not all ISO files are the same, AND in this particular case, WinRar WILL NOT open the iso file. Nevertheless, your ISO fiel is ok, just go ahead and burn it into a DVD with NERO or the app of your choice. If you want to extract only a couple of files, you can MOUNT the ISO file with NERO Image Drive. Here... more info Hope it helps. _______________________________________ White cute poodle puppy found. Approximately six months of age. Blue collar but no tags. Very friendly.
