jtval 0 #1 November 19, 2006 Who's your pick? Why? I want TITO to win...partially because he's got T.I.T. in his name, moreso because would like to see some of the unbeatables get a reality check. either way I would like to see a good fight. I would hate to waste my dec 30th watching a lame fight. My photos My Videos

countzero 7 #3 November 19, 2006 i'll be rooting for chuck. because i don't like people who make excuses when they lose. i.e. tito saying in thier last fight that chuck caught him in the eye with his thumb and he could'nt see, so he lost. but as we saw last night the favorite (hughes) can get upset (GSP's shin to the face). i'm hoping there will be ortiz vs. griffin 2 soon.diamonds are a dawgs best friend

jtval 0 #5 November 20, 2006 Ortiz V Griffin 2 would be great. After Tito upsets the liddel fight he can fight Griffin and lose the belt to him. Tito always has some injury excuse when he fights ( t least that last bunch) but this time Dana White saidhe'll be full force so no excuses should be made at the end. Logic tells me that Chuck will win, but theres always the possibility of an upset. My photos My Videos
MuffDiver 0 #6 November 20, 2006 This one is really tough to call. I would like to see another upset with Tito winning. However, when I think about it, it's tough to see. Tito already has 3 fights this year, but 2 of them were against Shamrock, so can you really count these?I really wanted to see Renato Sobral (sp?) beat chuck, I think he could have if he would have been just a little more patient. Either way I'm giving my vote to Tito on this poll. __________________________________________________ Don't take life too seriously. You'll never get out alive. Skolls081102 0 #7 November 20, 2006 I've been a Tito fan since Ortiz/Shamrock 1 (thats when I started watching UFC again). So my vote is for Tito. Although, I think this fight could easily go either way. I just hioe it's not a 30 second fight. The sole intention, is learning to fly.Condition grounded, but determined to try. Can't keep my eyes from the circling skies.Tongue tied and twisted, just an Earth bound misfit. murrays 0 #8 November 21, 2006 The Vegas odds at pinnaclesports.com have it as follows: Liddell -246 Ortiz 226 Which would make it appear to me that Tito is a big underdog. You have to bet 246 bucks to get 246 + 100 back if Chuck wins. You bet 100 on Ortiz to win and you get 226+100 back if Tito wins. (At least I think this is how this betting works. JT - You're a Vegas guy...do I understand how that works and have I stated it properly?) A chance to pick up some nice cash if Tito is capable of an upset. GSP was an underdog...but the #s were -140 Hughes and 110 for GSP the last time I checked before the fight.-- Murray "No tyranny is so irksome as petty tyranny: the officious demands of policemen, government clerks, and electromechanical gadgets." - Edward Abbey
jtval 0 #9 November 21, 2006 Shit, I don't know how the odds work. If I bet on sports I would be living in a cardboard box. I really don't think Tito will win but I wouldn't mind seeing either of them win because it will be a good fight. I just hope they don't get all "jr. high school" about it. I really like when two people beat the shit out of each other and than shake hands afterward. ..than, again, there is a certain primordial rage factor that's satisfied when I see two people beat the shit out of each other than have to be dragged apart and beaten back into their cages so they can be transported back the the training camp.. jtval 0 #14 December 28, 2006 JUST 2 DAYS. I'll be in Eloy I'd still bet on Ortiz IF i was a betting kinda of guy. Just saw a clip of Liddel. Although he IS a bad ass he sounds like he's got the smae problem the last few title holders did. He is taking Tito lightly. My photos My Videos

downwardspiral 0 #18 December 28, 2006 Liddell is the far better fighter and would except I have a feeling he is going to throw the fight just like Bellfore did. The UFC has turned into the WWF or WWE or whatever theyre calling it these days. And Tito is right there in the center of all the drama. At least we still have Pride. www.FourWheelerHB.com
jtval 0 #19 December 28, 2006 Didn't Pride just change their name or something? I thought I saw a press release on espn. If UFC became WWE/WWF it's because of Ken Shamrock. He's the loser who became the wrestler and EVERY FIGHT thatI have ever seen him lose (which were most) he has some bullshit arguement about the decision. Talk about drama. That guy should have been fired for beinga fucking disgrace. Even in UFC 1he was the guy who tapped out and then tried to deny it.My photos My Videos
downwardspiral 0 #20 December 28, 2006 I'll not deny Shamrock's involvement in all the drama and that he really is a piece of work. However, sole responsibility of the UFC's "downward spiral" into a debate of whether or not its real or fake, lies with the UFC President whose name escapes me at the moment. The last fight I saw was Ortiz vs. Bellfore. Did you see this fight? It was fucking ridiculous. I'm so pissed. Half way through the 2nd round of a 3 round fight Vitor stuns Tito, getting Tito on his back up against the cage. Vitor begins his infamous fight ending flurry. I thought wtf is Vitor doing? That flurry is only at half speed of what he is capable of. Then suddenly Vitor is gased to the point he can barely hold his arms up. He never recovers and I don't think he threw more than 2 punches in the 3rd round. I call BS. As if that's not enough, it doesn't end there. During the post fight interview Tito starts talking his usual shit about Liddell. The Iceman comes out of the audience, enters the octagon and he and Tito start talking shit back and forth. They have their words and Tito decides he's not done yet and brings up Shamrock's name and of course "the most dangerous man alive" enters the Octagon and has some words with Tito. What a joke! If anything like that happens this Saturday, I'm never going to watch the UFC again. edited to add: Dana White is the tard's name.www.FourWheelerHB.com
