floridadiver81 0 #1 January 12, 2007 haha..alright..get this. Im in the market for a new car..well..used..but new to me. So im shopping around and i find this car on ebay. I contact the seller and he tells me he wants 3000 dollars for it. I think that is more than fair judging fromt he looks. its a 1994 Acura Integra LS. So i email him back and tell him that i have 2000 coming back for my tax return and ill find the other 1000 for it somehow. Well...he emails me back and tells me that 2000 is fine. My jaw drops. Take a look at the pictures i have linked in this message and tell me if you think 2000 dollars isnt a steal for this car. http://i22.ebayimg.com/03/i/000/83/12/14ba_1.JPG http://i9.ebayimg.com/04/i/000/83/12/155a_1.JPG http://i11.ebayimg.com/07/i/000/83/12/15fb_1.JPG http://i24.ebayimg.com/07/i/000/83/12/167d_1.JPG http://i11.ebayimg.com/03/i/000/83/12/1788_1.JPG http://i2.ebayimg.com/04/i/000/83/12/1841_1.JPG http://i17.ebayimg.com/02/i/000/83/12/18b8_1.JPG http://i20.ebayimg.com/06/i/000/83/12/194e_1.JPG http://i7.ebayimg.com/01/i/000/83/12/1af4_1.JPG http://i1.ebayimg.com/07/i/000/83/12/1c2f_1.JPG http://i14.ebayimg.com/07/i/000/83/12/1cc4_1.JPG http://i19.ebayimg.com/07/i/000/83/12/1d04_1.JPG http://i11.ebayimg.com/03/i/000/83/12/1ed3_1.JPG http://i12.ebayimg.com/07/i/000/83/12/1f67_1.JPG"Age has absolutely nothing to do with knowledge, learning, respect, attitude, or personality." -yardhippie "Fight the air, and the air will kick your ass!!! downwardspiral 0 #4 January 12, 2007 Sounds like a scam to me. Ask him to send you a picture of the car sitting in front of a McDonalds with a bikini clad redhead spread across the hood. That should verify if he actually has the vehicle. Also dont forget to post the pics when you get them.www.FourWheelerHB.com

floridadiver81 0 #8 January 12, 2007 Nothing is wrong with it. I jsut now did the carfax report and it came back NOT stolen....no accidents..complete history of where the car has been. No odometer tampering. I know for a fact that its not a scam. One of HIS buyiing terms is using the ebay buyer protection system. Basically..i give ebay the money for the car. He ships the car to me. I have 1 week to do an inspection. If i like the car i contact ebay and have them release the funds to him and the transaction is complete."Age has absolutely nothing to do with knowledge, learning, respect, attitude, or personality." -yardhippie "Fight the air, and the air will kick your ass!!! eeneR 3 #15 January 12, 2007 With out all the info this is a rough guestimate from Kelly Blue Book Vehicle Highlights Mileage: 75,000 Engine: 4-Cyl. 1.8 Liter Transmission: Automatic Drivetrain: FWD Selected Equipment Change Equipment Standard Air Conditioning AM/FM Stereo Dual Front Air Bags Power Steering Cassette Moon Roof Blue Book Private Party Value Private Party Value is what a buyer can expect to pay when buying a used car from a private party. The Private Party Value assumes the vehicle is sold "As Is" and carries no warranty (other than the continuing factory warranty). The final sale price may vary depending on the vehicle's actual condition and local market conditions. This value may also be used to derive Fair Market Value for insurance and vehicle donation purposes. Vehicle Condition Ratings Excellent $4,230 "Excellent" condition means that the vehicle looks new, is in excellent mechanical condition and needs no reconditioning. This vehicle has never had any paint or body work and is free of rust. The vehicle has a clean title history and will pass a smog and safety inspection. The engine compartment is clean, with no fluid leaks and is free of any wear or visible defects. The vehicle also has complete and verifiable service records. Less than 5% of all used vehicles fall into this category. Good $3,845 "Good" condition means that the vehicle is free of any major defects. This vehicle has a clean title history, the paint, body and interior have only minor (if any) blemishes, and there are no major mechanical problems. There should be little or no rust on this vehicle. The tires match and have substantial tread wear left. A "good" vehicle will need some reconditioning to be sold at retail. Most consumer owned vehicles fall into this category. Fair $3,350 "Fair" condition means that the vehicle has some mechanical or cosmetic defects and needs servicing but is still in reasonable running condition. This vehicle has a clean title history, the paint, body and/or interior need work performed by a professional. The tires may need to be replaced. There may be some repairable rust damage. Poor N/A "Poor" condition means that the vehicle has severe mechanical and/or cosmetic defects and is in poor running condition. The vehicle may have problems that cannot be readily fixed such as a damaged frame or a rusted-through body. A vehicle with a branded title (salvage, flood, etc.) or unsubstantiated mileage is considered "poor." A vehicle in poor condition may require an independent appraisal to determine its value. Kelley Blue Book does not attempt to report a value on a "poor" vehicle because the value of cars in this category varies greatly.
