Richards 0 #6 January 14, 2007 QuoteQuoteWhat is the best cut of meat to eat on a human, & what is the best way to prepare it & what type of wine goes with it? Pure speculation (I have no experience), however I would imagine you would want someone reasonably young (late teens early 20's) who had not been overly physically active (tender with good marbleing) but who had eaten a healthy diet, and you would want to kill them by surprise (I heard that if an animal dies in terror it releases certain enzymes that can affect the taste of the meat, but you might want to get a second opinion on this). You will want to hang the body to drain the blood and allow the meat to age (check with a butcher for appropriate storage temp and hanging time). After that I guess you would want loin meat for tenderness, preferably done in a rotisserie to medium rare. Serve with double baked potato and steamed asparagus. Couldn't tell you what wine would be best (I like almost any red). Might not want to tell guests what it is until after the fact or they might be closed minded and not try it. Anything chocolate based would be apropriate for dessert. Hope this helps. PS. Why do you want to know about eating humans? Are you insane? Creepy...very creepy. Royd 0 #9 January 14, 2007 I'll say that it's probably the tenderloin, just like the rest of the mammals. Any cheap red wine will work with it.

cloudseeker2001 0 #17 January 14, 2007 I have read that infants and young children are the best human meat, specifically the arms. And Human meat is more like pork than beef or chicken. I'm not sure the muscle structure of bipeds is all that similar to quadripeds at that point. Blues, Dave"I AM A PROFESSIONAL EXTREME ATHLETE!" From what I've heard, horse meat is supposed to be the closest equivalent (a bit richer and sweeter in taste than either pork or beef).
