Acensky 0 #2 January 16, 2007 That made me laugh. Western Oregon University at first was 2 hours late and then after it started snowing they cancled it all together. I really wanted to go to class. I like my Petrology class.... so far. We only have about an inch, at that. HeatherGarbage bags do not make good parachutes.

The kids have missed a ton of school, and really want to get back. This morning it was "2 hours late" that changed to "closed" at 6:45 this morning. This place just really can't handle the least amount of snow. But it does look pretty. I've been out driving around all morning in it. I already posted these in the "Is this cold?" thread, but what the hell... here's what it looked like this morning in Seattle. Probably not as much as y'all have out in the outlying areas."There is only one basic human right, the right to do as you damn well please. That's why mine is sitting in the garage right now. Weird winter! We're expecting 6 - 8 inches of the white stuff! The high today has been 18-above. I don't want to hear a word about 'global warming'! We could use a little right now, though.
