ltdiver 3 #2 January 14, 2007 What are you crazy! Did you see the Alaskan COLD front that's hit the U.S. of A?!! Went for 2 hop-n-pops and only ended up doing one. The pilot didn't check their load sheet and ended up dumping me out at 9k. I wanted a hop-n-pop damn-it, not freeze my *$ off! Was so frozen after that one that I packed up and hit the bar to warm up! Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

I was catching tandems most of yesterday because I wasn't comfortable with the winds on an unfamiliar canopy, so I was out in the sun allll day.cavete terrae. wildfan75 1 #13 January 14, 2007 3 (so far):1:0 A big STFU to all those bitchin' about their "cold weather"! We jumped in 15-20 degree weather (on the ground) here yesterday in WI. Looks about the same for today. Unfortunately due to a shitty landing, I think I'll be sitting today out. God damn frozen plowed corn field!
sartre 0 #14 January 14, 2007 Ok, but it's 5 degrees on the ground here. Can we bitch yet?

vskydiver 0 #25 January 15, 2007 2/3/0 I made three jumps today in below freezing temps! For most people I know they wouldn't think that was a big deal but if you knew me you would be amazed! I'm amazed. It was COLD! But I did it! I'm alive to tell the tale. It's all good.
