Zenister 0 #1 January 21, 2007 amazing cinematography, i can see why any director would use any excuse to shoot in the Forbidden City and Imperial Palace. the sort of Epic Tragedy Western writers stopped creating shortly after Shakespeare (perhaps because he did it to well to follow) Love, Honor, Duty, Lust, and Betrayal that you can see coming miles away but cannot stop watching.. unfortunately also the kind of story American audiences are largely to illiterate and ignorant to really apprechate.. (based on comments i heard walking out of the theater) so i dont expect it to last long in theaters.. so see it while you can (unless you have a home theater) as TV screens will simply not do it justice...____________________________________ Those who fail to learn from the past are simply Doomed.
