A_girl 0 #2 January 22, 2007 I stopped going to the gym for a long time. Mostly because I got tired of watching muscle heads staring at themselves in the mirrors and the girls that were 2 pounds above organ failure whining about their weight. When choosing between two evils, I always like to try the one I've never tried before
livendive 8 #3 January 22, 2007 It's not gonna help Roy...you could work out 2 hours a day every day and you'd still be an ugly motherfucker. Blues, Dave"I AM A PROFESSIONAL EXTREME ATHLETE!" (drink Mountain Dew)

FlyingJ 0 #7 January 22, 2007 I know what you mean. I HATE going to the gym, but in the new job I've been at since mid-November we have to do conditioning at least three days a week. We have some equipment at work and some at home, and it has felt amazing to get back to it. Being told that I have to work out while on the clock was certainly a motivating factor to get back into it, but now I'm lovin' it and am feeling better every day. Now if only I could motivate myself to change my diet!Killing threads since 2004.

AggieDave 6 #10 January 22, 2007 Not really, 2 hours is just about right when you factor in a post workout sit in the sauna, a shower and post workout meal.It sure beats the 30-45 minute rush job I do before going to work.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."
