I stayed warm last night as we watched the women's snowboard super half-pipe finals. I'm emailing out our photos and thought I'd post some here. All the girl riders were super talented. A few of them super young too... like 16/17. Gretchen Bleiler is beautiful, friendly, and a great rider. She had an entire group of family and friends there to cheer her.

I actually rode the half pipe last year, or should I say, "slid down". It's fun and a good experience.

my roommate is there right now, he's a judge for the men's snowboarding, pip and slope style. He's stoked cause he get's to "test" the condition of the pipe and slope style run. wish I was there.

'course I don't snowboard after my one and only shot at it last year () but I love to watch.
