If I was you, I'd prefer to roadtrip with those two rather than us two. Of course, even as me I'd prefer that. :D

I'm not sure when I'm going to get there this year, but I think I'm going to take the whole week off and plan for Monday. I suppose it depends on when Jay and Clint get in, how much ruckus we raise, and how lost we get on the totally new route I'm planning to take this year. :D Anyone know if the shortcut between St. Regis, MT and Kalispell, MT is paved?

Dave it is possible that we could put together a 3 way OTBH5 for a Truly special recipient, However the logistics become much more complicated as well the Greatly increased possibility of accidental P2P contact which is the worst possibly of all Party Fouls. Everyone must fly their slot with extreme caution.;)


And Gia, You will get your Number at the earliest possible convenience.

As a newbie I hear about a bunch of different boogies. I haven't been to one yet but would like to attend at least one this year. So which boogie would you attend and why?



SkyFest was created with you in mind. We had more vendors and AC than anyone else in 2006.

You need ot figure out what you want from the boogie.
If its about the party then SF 7 is not the best place.
If its about Skydiving, free coaching, safety, equipment and aircracft then SF would be a great place.

LP and WFFC are great events! MOAB, Couch Freaks, the list goes on.

Its like buying your equipment, figure out what is important to you and find the event that fills those needs.

So dont forget to research them.

It took me a while, but I HAVE worked out the logistics . . . exceptions were made, but only partially, it is now possible to do a 4WOTB^5 with the new rules.

I feel VERY confident that the First ever OTBH5 was given out many centuries before 1950. In fact I would be willing to bet that the First ever H5 was actually an OTBH5, Possibly even predating prehistoric times.

And as for the Official OTBH5 #1... I think she is posting in this thread.

FYI - Flying in to Spokane is MUCH cheaper than Kalispell. It's a considerably longer drive from the airport to the DZ...about 300 miles vs 30, but most of it's beautiful.



About 219 miles from Airway Heights( where Geiger Field is at) to Marion MT and about 4.5 hours drive....
