I was dusting off an old chair to give to a friend and this thing ran up my arm.

Know what species it is? it has juicy fangs.B|

Did you at least kill the damn thing?

Noooooooo!

There is a reason you stumbled across this creature.

He was sent to help you.....

Take him up, jump with him(he can take the float, and you can work on your fall rate).

Be sure to adhere to all "leg" signals and take advantage of the RW opportunities...imagine all the points you can turn with those appendages.....;)

This spider is a quite common Scytodes spec. Tanzania, not that large, they catch their pride by spitting their own "glue" on them. I've seen them few times in Africa but, they also come along in various forms all over the world.

Enjoy!

Holy crap, those are some ugly looking spiders, please don't post anything like that again, spiders freak me out.

Promised ;) I do not like them too but, this one is not that ugly and harmless just a bit like daddy longleg - the fat black ugly ones with hair on their legs, those beasts scare me to death B|

Hi,

Thanks for that. We have 100's of these in our garage. there are also some hairy type models as well I will post a photo later...

And no I didn't kill it, we have had 2 green Mambas at our house, I had to plead the gardener to 'NOT' Killl them we just chased them away.

If you have snakes and spiders you don't have as many rodents and flys!

good trade off if you ask me!

*TRIVIA NOTE*

ALL spiders are carnivorous. Without spiders, our world would be over run, literally, by insects.

My hubby told me that we learned that at the spider exhibit at the zoo. All I remember is going, "WHOA!! Did you see the fangs on that freak?!?" :o:o:o:D
